Legal Basis for Processing

Health and well-being data shared on Xparience is treated as special category data under UK GDPR Article 9. This means it requires a higher level of protection and a specific legal basis to process.

Our legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, which is obtained through clear, separate consent requests during onboarding and at the point you choose to use specific well-being features.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Contacting us at support@xparience.com
  • Adjusting your preferences in Settings > Privacy & Data within the app
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but may limit your access to certain well-being features.
